I'm in LOVE with this shoe company called Swedish Hasbeens. Specifically the Hasbeen Super High shoe and Knee High Boot. Very mod, retro, vintage 40's contemporary chic. Is that possible? In my world!
Now I've been know to lay down a couple of Benjamins for a GREAT pair of shoes or boots, but these run upwards of $350-400! (I take that back, but I have done this less than a handful of times and definitely less than 2 Benjamins!)
If money didn't matter, then sure, why not. I'll take one of each pictured Thank You!
You are a true shoe connoisseur! Those are awesome styles. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to wear those for long periods of time, but I do like those styles. To me, shoes are like purses, jewelry, clothes, or makeup...you can never have too much!

I second that...you are definitely a shoe connoisseur! :) I love the variety of your shoes too!! So my shoe splurge... In med school, I was constantly on my feet and most shoes would hurt so bad at the end of the day. At some point, I splurged on some Gabor shoes. They are not the most stylish shoes I own, but they are the most comfortable!! The Europeans definitely know how to make shoes that look nice and you can actually walk in! :)
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting earlier! i absolutely need those turquoise knee high boots. they are amazing.
ReplyDeleteShoes are just too easy to buy ... clothes on the other hand have too many opportunities to be ill-fitting and disappointing :-) Erin, I am with you on the comfort shoes thing. That's why you don't see me where those shoes very often ... definitely reserved for more special occasions and wearing them for shorter periods of time!
