Here's a Photo Post of Things that Make a Good Weekend.

Dinner with friends outside in the summer on a Friday night.

Intense foosball competitions.

Live music, awesome performers & letting loose and dancing.

Late lunches at little country diners on a Saturday afternoon.

Here's Kathlyn with her little cutie.

And Erin with her little cutie!

Being around sweet momma's with their cute little boys.

Sightseeing.

Walking through gardens.

Conversations with friends. (The two friends in the upper left corner of the photo.)

Sitting in the grass, laughing and talking.

What are some of the things that make for a good weekend for you?
Oh, and I forgot to mention ... Birthday Cake Ice Cream from Brusters. Simply heavenly.

  1. So cute! Having mom friends is SO important!! I about went insane before I joined my local MOPS group. Now I am almost sane again. ;)

For me a good weekend is a chance to shop a little bit (whether it's a yard sale, Target, or the rare event of getting to go to the mall), the chance to read a good book, play with my girls, and go to church as a family. :)

  2. In the friends picture, I thought you were referring to the little flower chickies talking to each other- lol. I had so much fun yesterday!

  3. Amanda - yard sales DO make for a good weekend. And I would like to pick up a good book. Suggestions?

Kathlyn - me too! A lot of fun. Even though it wasn't free to get in :-)

  4. Throw a good book or movie in there and it's a great weekend for sure!

Thanks for commenting on the blog swap thing...A blog swap is when you post something on someone else's blog. It can be just a little informative blurb on you and your blog or it can be a tutorial on something you enjoyed creating....craft, recipe, etc. Fun times! Let me know if you're interested!

  5. Haha...YES, it was a paper towel back drop. It was late when I took those pictures and I needed something that wouldn't glare. ;)
