Operation TO DO - Update

Okay ... I've accomplished goal #5 and just took the first step to goal #10.
I've got the Operation Craft Show totally covered now and as of today I've officially registered for the 13.1 Chicago 1/2 Marathon!

Last year about this time I was finishing up training for what was supposed to be the Kentucky Derby 1/2 Marathon. But then because of training schedule and trips home, I ended up doing a 1/2 Marathon in my hometown Laurinburg, NC. I was one of about 20 runners instead of one in about 20,000 runners, here's my post from last year. I'm excited to be a part of a much bigger production this year and excited one of my college roomies is on board. We're working on the other gals.

Okay, so hopefully you'll be seeing my Daily Mile log rack up in the next few weeks. Time to put those running on shoes and try and do better than last year's time!

Do you have any workout or athletic goals you're working towards?
Bring on the inspiration!

  1. Hey, Sarah! I'd love to have you link up.

Here's what you'll do to join the party. Write up a new post about the party topic. Include a link to my blog (usually it's something like "I'm joining in Amanda's Dishing It! party today. You can join here [insert link somewhere in there]).

Around 10 pm tonight (ET), I'll publish a post with my own thoughts on the topic.

Included in my post will be a little link adding thing (called MckLinky). When you feel like joining in, you'll just click on it, type in your blog name/title of your post where it tells you to, enter the link to your specific party post--do this by clicking on the title of your post NOT your blog's main title, copy and paste it in and then hit enter-- and your link will show up within my post.)

Just be sure to edit your post later to go directly to my party post instead of my blog's homepage (ie. www.amandasblog.com/party instead of www.amandasblog.com)

If that doesn't make sense, just write up your post and then come check it out tomorrow. You'll see what I'm talking about. :)
