This is NOT the question!
I love boots. I do. I have three fabulous pairs of them. But only 1 has surpassed all of them to be my favorite boot. I wear them everyday. They are my winter & fall wardrobe staple. They have been with me for 3 years and have gone everywhere I have gone. Chicago, South Bend, Fort Knox, North Carolina, Pittsburgh ... and everywhere in between.
However, they are starting to look a little shabby. They started to look a little worn last year, but I refused to acknowledge that fact. But ever since I finally confronted the realization that they will one day die, I have tried to find a replacement. I have tried to find the same boot on ebay, amazon, anywhere but they are nowhere to be found!
Last year I began a quest to find a *gasp* replacement, and NO BOOT compares. Don't get me wrong, they are PLENTY of SUPER CUTE boots! I have two of them. But none are as versatile and comfortable as my current love.
What are they? Timeberland Paxton boot, size 6. After an image search, I am misled and see them! But once I click on the website links, they all taunt me and say "product not currently available."
So, I've begun the search. For a replacement.
And I have found several that MIGHT compare.
What do you think? Any suggestions?
Requirements:
They MUST be cute.
They MUST be comfortable for lots of walking.
They MUST work well as an everyday boot with jeans.
They MUST look cute with leggings.
Oh, and they have to be at least under $200. (if my hubby is reading, then that was a typo and I meant $100)
