Home Update

So, after looking online and picking our top choice of homes. We got to see them in person, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

House #1 - From the photos, I loved the inside of this house. Was very anxious to see it in person. Well we didn't even go in it when we drove through the neighborhood. It was the nicest one on the block, every other home was hit or miss or even abandoned! Not quite, but it looked like it and therefore not an option for us.

House #2 - Thought this home was going to be very quaint and with a great price about $20,000 under our budget. Well it's off a BUSY road and it would probably take all the money to get the cat smell out! It was very cute but very small, needed work and just wasn't worth it.

House #3 - Like house #1, I LOVED the inside of this house, it was 4 bed, 2 bath and had been updated. Well like house #1 we didn't even go inside because of the neighborhood. Again, just so hit or miss. And it was on the top of a hill, something you could NOT tell from the picture. Just a weird piece of land.

House #4 - All along I wasn't too sure about this house. It was on almost an acre lot, had a huge back sunroom and after seeing was able to cross it off my list! This was also on a really weird lot - top of a hill. From the upstairs window you looked into all your backdoor neighbor's yard. The sunroom was oddly done and just needed to much work.

HOWEVER, we found 2 homes we LOVED, and made an offer on the one we REALLY LOVE! I'll keep you updated on what happens next, and post pictures later!
