The In-Laws come to visit!

The in-laws came to visit this past weekend! David had a 4-day and his parents were able to clear their schedules, hopped in the car and drove on to Kentucky! We had such a wonderful visit with them, and we even got snow!!!!

While they were here we went bowling on post, and I realized I am a much better Nintendo wii bowler compared to the real deal!

We also went to dinner in Elizabeth town at Red Lobster, and invited the foreign officer that David is acting as a liason for; Moslah is from Jordan and is a very interesting man. We enjoyed dinner with him and will enjoy getting to know him better while both he and David go through this school together.

We also managed to check out the Patton Museum, and just enjoyed spending time in our little apartment with the folks.

Since his parents have left, we have rearranged our main living room to make room for our NEW 40" big screen TV!!!

After 2 weeks of research, and stopping in at Best Buy each trip to Elizabethtown, we stopped in again and the price had dropped $200, so it was time to buy. We think this is a very wise investment :-) and look forward to many wii games, and movie nights with friends, family, and just the 2 of us!

With another 4-day weekend back to back, we are leaving for South Bend this weekend, so both David and I can visit family! We're taking advantage of all our weekends off, because after this, they will probably come fewer and farther between, and David's class will only get harder!
