365 Thursday - Week 7

Ever since spring fever hit, I've been back and forth between home crafts and jewelry crafts. Around the house I looked at paint colors for my bathroom, and attempted to remove the wallpaper from our kitchen. I stopped that project shortly after I realized I might be dealing with a layer of lead paint. Calling a professional wallpaper remover is still on my TO DO list.

Yes, that really is my menu for the week. Some of the recipes you can find linked under Making & Baking Mondays.

And despite my chalkboard paint mishap I really have had a lot of fun using up that can of spray paint. Of course outdoors, if you remember my fiasco.

I finally made the Homemade Oreos yesterday.
I made my husband take the rest to work,
because they really are too dangerous to keep around.

And after little inspiration and a trip to my craft store, I worked on a new necklace design, called the Maasai necklace and made 7 different versions and am working on more. Only 5 are listed in my shop so far. Crochet wire jewelry is my favorite to make. I just love the way it looks against the skin & against clothing. So pretty, if I do say so myself.

Well that's what I've been up to this week.
And I'm about to make more Maasai necklaces and matching bracelets.
Maybe after a nap.

Make anything fun, have any mishaps?
