Back with a Bang

Not only am I back, but I came back with a BANG! Last night my girlfriends threw a MRS. Party. A Mrs. Party you ask? Yes, it's kind of an after-the-fact bachelorette party celebrating being a Happily Married Woman (HMW - my new acronym). After recovering from an early flight and a late night I was off to my last wedding shower. The Bella Babes (my co-workers) threw a shower and invited customers from the shop - customers and people who have become friends over my four years there. I felt like a princess as I sat there sipping tea, having presents placed in front of me! I got some BEAUTIFUL, fun and practical things! It was a round the clock shower, and after opening each gift I had to guess what time each person was given. Apparently there is 1-2 hours in the day in which I do everything, or in which I think everything is appropriate at that time. From cooking, to pajamas, picture frames, tea pots, cocktail & cookie recipes . . . I guessed 7-8pm for all of it! This became somewhat of a joke and laughing matter. After declaring that I would NOT guess 7pm for the next gift, I open up a set of beautiful candlesticks and candles from Veronica, and yes, her time was 7-8pm!
Well it's Sunday night - it was a beautiful fall day here. I'm curled up on the couch, comfy, cozy, missing my husband and already couting down the days til Thanksgiving when he gets to curl up on the couch with me!
